Ken Thomas has joined the company as Senior Director of Services, Matt McNeel has also been hired as Sales Director, and Todd Kelly has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer.
Ken Thomas comes to STEP with 30-plus years of networking leadership experience. He started as a partner in a company installing Thin-net LANs, followed by 11 years leading server and networking teams at Verizon. Ken’s career continued at Integration Partners (IPC) where he led the professional services team through its infancy to over 170 PMs, PSEs, and managers. He is excited for this opportunity to join STEP’s team and continue to help it grow.
Matt McNeel joins the STEP team as a highly accomplished Senior Sales Director with 15 years of Technology Sales leadership experience. With expertise in U.S. Sales, Channel Sales, Strategic Planning, and Operational Excellence within the Medical, Enterprise, and Government sectors, Matt’s solution focus will be in the Networking, Security, Cloud, Customer Experience, Data Center, Wi-Fi, 5G, SaaS, SASE, Contact Center and IVR spaces.
Equally exciting is the news that after nearly 4 years at STEP as SVP Solution Engineering, Todd Kelly has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer. In his new role as CTO, Todd will help drive STEP’s largest customer opportunities as well as high-level technical relationships with key vendors.
